Refund Policy for Tajweed Guidance

At Tajweed Guidance, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our students and parents with our online Quranic and Arabic tutoring services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Below is our refund policy to guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If a student or parent is dissatisfied with the quality of the service within the first two weeks of the enrollment.
  • Technical Issues: If persistent technical difficulties prevent participation in classes and are unresolved within 7 working days.
  • Class Cancellations by Tajweed Guidance: If we cancel a course or a significant portion of the lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Advance Payments: For unused lessons if the student has paid in advance but decides to discontinue with prior notice.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Missed Classes by Students: If a student misses a class without providing a valid reason at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Non-Participation: If a student fails to participate or engage without communicating challenges.
  • Partial Attendance: Refunds for partially completed courses or sessions unless due to valid technical or administrative reasons.
  • Beyond Refund Period: Requests made after two weeks of enrollment or for completed lessons.

3. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at support@tajweedguidance.com with the following details:
    • Student’s name.
    • Reason for the refund request.
    • Supporting documents (if applicable).
    • Payment receipt or proof of payment.
  2. Review Period: Once the request is received, we will review it within 7 business days and notify you of the decision.
  3. Approval and Processing: If the refund is approved, the payment will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Provided for requests made within the first 2 weeks of enrollment, excluding transaction fees (if applicable).
  • Prorated Refund: For unused lessons after the first 2 weeks or for advance payments where services have not yet been rendered.

5. Amendments to Refund Policy

Tajweed Guidance reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and email notifications.
