Terms of service

By enrolling in our online Quran classes, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Enrollment and Payment

• Free Trial: A free trial period is available to experience our classes.
• Payment: Monthly fees are due in advance and must be paid by the last week of each month.
• Late Payments: Classes may be paused for late payments. Unpaid balances exceeding 7 days may result in class termination without prior notice.

2. Class Scheduling and Absences

• Class Holds: To hold a class slot, a full monthly fee will be charged.
• Paid Leave: Leave taken by the student is considered paid, and no makeup classes will be provided if the same slot is retained.
• Make-Up Classes: Make-up classes may be available for short-term absences (less than 5 consecutive days). Absences without prior notice (except emergencies) will not be eligible for makeup classes.
• Class Cancellation: To qualify for a makeup class, 6 hours' advance notice is required for class cancellations.

3. Class Discontinuation and Refunds

• Extended Absences: Classes may be canceled after two weeks of unnotified absence. No refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
• Instructor Changes: Tajweed Guidance reserves the right to change instructors to maintain quality.
• Confidentiality: Personal contact information should not be shared with instructors. Tajweed Guidance is not responsible for any misuse of information shared with instructors.
• Financial Transactions: All financial transactions should be conducted directly with Tajweed Guidance.

4. Fees and Policies

• Fee Adjustments: Fees may be adjusted annually. Additional charges may apply for specific programs or services.
• Instructor Leaves: Instructors are granted paid leave for Eid holidays. No makeup classes or refunds will be provided for these days.

5. Terms of Service Modifications Tajweed Guidance may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
