Subscription Policy for Tajweed Guidance

At Tajweed Guidance, we offer flexible and affordable subscription plans to provide high-quality Quranic and Arabic education to students worldwide. This subscription policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with our subscription services.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

  • Individual Plan: One-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the student’s needs.
  • Group Plan: Small group classes for collaborative learning (where applicable)
  • Family Plan: Discounts for multiple students from the same household.

Each subscription plan includes:

  • Access to the selected number of lessons per month.
  • Access to our teaching materials.
  • Scheduled live classes with qualified instructors.

2. Subscription Duration

  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  • All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled (refer to Section 6).

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment for subscriptions must be made in advance at the beginning of the subscription period.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Other methods as agreed upon.
  • A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.

4. Late or Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails or is delayed:
    • The subscriber will be notified immediately.
    • A grace period of 7 days will be provided to resolve the payment issue.
  • Access to classes may be suspended if payment is not received within the grace period.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless due to cancellation by Tajweed Guidance.

6. Cancellation and Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • To cancel a subscription:
    • Notify us at least 7 days before the renewal date by emailing support@tajweedguidance.com or using the account management feature on our platform.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

7. Changes to Subscription Plans

  • Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time.
  • Any changes will take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

8. Termination of Subscription

  • Tajweed Guidance reserves the right to terminate a subscription if:
    • The subscriber violates the terms of this policy or other company policies.
    • There is misuse of the platform or resources.
    • Subscription payments are consistently delayed or unpaid.
  • In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

9. Account Sharing

  • Each subscription is limited to the registered user or users specified in the plan (e.g., individual, family).
  • Sharing account credentials with others outside the subscription plan is prohibited and may result in termination.

10. Changes to this Policy

  • Tajweed Guidance reserves the right to modify this subscription policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website at least 30 days before taking effect.
